Future Connecticut governor John Lodge, in his third concequetive film with Brian, stars in the British crime drama Sensation. Lodge plays a reporter whose devotion to his job is strongly impacting upon his private life. His girl friend threatens that she will walk out if he follows up another scoop. Lodge then tries to flush out the murderer of a waitress after a packet of incriminating love letters grabs his (and the viewers) attention. Based on a play by Basil Dean and George Munro.
